Everett Koop has called obesity the greatest public health crisis currently facing our nation. Part of this problem can be attributed to the fact that Americans use food for reasons other than that it is necessary to fuel the body. We often eat to celebrate, we’re depressed or just out of sheer boredom. These negative habits will be changed into positive eating habits through awareness and hypnosis.

This program is different from most of the other diet programs available to you because mine is a life style change achieved through hypnosis. As a certified hypnotherapist and a member of several hypnotherapy organizations I am happy to say that I have been a tool in helping people overcome chronic pain, weight gain, stress, depression and negative habits that we might obsess over on a daily basis.

In weight loss, just as the carpenter , the seamstress and the baker needed the proper material and were trained on how to use the blueprints, patterns and recipes to produce a successful product. Each and every time a person trying to achieve weight loss needs the blueprint, knowledge and motivation necessary to achieve that goal and feel healthier, more energetic and self-confident.
